Deli pastrami was on sale so I made a nice Reuben melt with sourdough.
The kraut was thawed from new years dinner of pork and sauerkraut. And used Duke's southern sauces.

Maybe I’m wrong, and I’m not trying to be an ass, but isn’t it called a New Yorker if it’s made with pastrami? Or does this not count because it’s on sourdough instead of rye? Well one thing is certain; all of this will piss off the “purists”.
Looks delicious though, and I do this at least once per month.
